Refund Policy

Our winch cameras are built to order and are custom made.

We put alot of time and effort in to building our units, and therefore we will charge a restocking fee should you request a return on a delivered unused order. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We are committed to selling only high-quality products but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

We will willingly refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@fisheyecamerakits.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you. 

You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
